I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to various cheese websites, resources, and sellers for the cheese images and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!
Here is your daily cheese facts: Pur Brebis, a 100% pure sheep milk cheese aged 5-6 months in a mountain tunnel in the Pyrenees. With a flavor resembling “Abbaye de Belloc”, a big plus is that the rind is all natural. Each wheel is hand rubbed on a regular basis by the Maître Affineur in the tunnel, to produce a cheese with a natural, crusty and brownish rind. Its texture is firm with a rich and creamy taste.
Also as a note: I post my daily cheese here as well as in my r/dailycheese subreddit.

Just had this the other day. Great cheese! Like a creamier manchego.

I would love this on a board with some walnuts, Iberico ham, and figs.
