    It’s pretty but for me there’s too much of the powder. I assume that’s the fig leaf powder? Maybe sprinkle that on a bit more sparingly. Other than that it looks really cool!

  2. Can you say more about curing scallops in fig leaf? I’m not familiar with the process or flavor.
