I steeped a ridiculous amount of Old Bay in saturated brine for a week, strained the solids and brined the cheese in the slurry. Came out absolutely delicious. Happy little experiment!

    I used to dust sharp cheddar with Old Bay when I lived in MD. Gonna have to try it again!
