  1. What was the process for planning this? If looks like it would be very time consuming to place every single zucchini slice by hand.

    Regardless it is a very beautiful looking salad, I am sure I’d be happy to eat it!

    I also made a thin sliced zucchini salad for dinner tonight but your plating is much better
