  1. 1st post. This is not a “from scratch” recipe, but a quick combo that I like to throw together when I don’t want to order out. What you see here is:

    – (2) Pappy’s Seasoned Bone-in Chicken Thighs; Pan seared for 5 minutes each side while covered

    – (7oz.) Tasty Bite Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce

    – (8.5oz.) Royal Basmati Rice

    You can simmer the sauce with the chicken as it finishes, if you want, but I don’t think it is necessary. There is a lot of body and seasoning already in the chicken, so you can heat the sauce separately while the meat rests, and then serve everything over rice.
