[Produce] Last at our restaurant night we served the biggest mussel Chef and I have ever seen
Broth is white wine butter broth, mussels are grown in coconut vine and from salt springs (I think). He’s been cooking mussels for over 10 yrs and said it’s the biggest one he’s ever seen.

These are the size of the mussels I had in Iceland. TBH, I prefer smaller mussels. Those were too much of a bite to chew pleasantly.
