Every person I’ve introduced this cheese to has had their mind blown lol. There’s a cheese place near my job and I’ll bring in the jar with bread/crackers and my coworkers go to town lol. It’s a treat for all of us because I do not want the entire jar for myself.

Costco in my area sells big jars of Meredith Dairy marinated goat cheese. It’s celebrated and prized in my house. I’m not sure what we’d doif we found a big tub like that.
