Looks delicious!! One note – it looks like the calorie counting app might have substituted 1/2 cup coconut milk for a 1/2 can coconut milk in its calculation, so you might want to double check it.

Thanks for this. I made the sauce and tofu today but I served it with raw red peppers and steamed edamame. Simple and good.
