    The pesto’s ratio looks off. Too much olive oil. But the plate looks beautiful.

  2. Looks great, but would replace the piped burrata with a rocher on top, think it would look more refined. But good work chef

    Never understood why people whip burrata the product is so beautiful and delicious. Do you need to whip it if it has a long travel time from italy or smtn?
