Mushroom goulash

A German classic with red apple cabbage and some super smooth potato puree ♥️
Autumn always reminds me of my grandfather and how we used to collect mushroomns together in a forest near my hometown. Won't be able to pick some this year, but l'm pretty sure he'd have liked this goulash, even with the store bought mushrooms.
