It was delicious ([this is the recipe I used](https://leitesculinaria.com/244823/recipes-tuscan-style-roasted-leg-lamb.html)) but we failed to account for how rich lamb is. My husband had two slices, I had 1 and we were pretty full with the sides. Now I have 80% left of a massive lamb leg. Should I slow braise it with Middle Eastern spices and turn it into a doner filling or serve with a Middle Eastern rice?
