kind of a silly critique, purely from an aesthetic perspective, I wish the physical plate was a bit smaller, or there was some sort of drizzle or garnish to take up some of the space or tie the two parts together.
the food is gorgeous, it just feels a little lonely or underwhelming as a dish, in the photograph.
