  1. How do you make the tomato sugar? Also is this supposed to be a savoury dessert or an appetiser since I cant seem to find out how to turn tomato into a dessert

  2. How’s the response to this dish? I had a peach and basil compote as a component on one of my desserts and a shocking number of people freaked out about “the tomato dessert.”

    Also: this sounds really nice.
