Just to find a possible point of improvement (though it’s already great as it is), I would have minced the basil.

Very nice! Good height, color and I think all the tastes work together except for maybe those big pieces of jalapeno. If you’re looking to add some heat maybe an infused oil instead? I’d like to see more of that sauce and isn’t that a pretty large portion of pork for one person?

For me personally the pork is one temp over. I like the flavors you’re playing with though!

I think this looks awesome! I was just talking with my mom last night about how almost every fruit works well with pork, but peach especially is one of my favorite pairings. Pork temp looks great to me, and the crust looks fantastic too! Nice work 🙂

two comments, have you tried taking different perspectives with the photo? I think putting the pork centered would feel more natural, from the point of view of the diner. From directly above can also be interesting.
The pork itself looks a little dry, what we do at work is keep some kind of melted animal fat with a brush and brush the meat right before taking a pic to get that sheen.
