  1. Looks yummy and I’d definitely eat it but those brussels sprouts look plain and there’s not enough color just lots of brown dark colors. But the lamb looks freakin delicious

Nice dish. The knife work on veg is lacking and I don’t really like the ideas of something being described as “milky”.

Great dish for November but not for summer.
Too monochromatic, with lamb you want a sweet cohesive contrast and parsnip and beets are overly sweet and mineral, there is no balance

  4. Now that’s a fuckin sauce. Looks delicious.

Would love to see some crispy maillard on the brussels and potatoes though

Those aren’t roasties. My man would cause a riot serving them in Yorkshire.

  6. If you are using an external light source for your photos have it be angled at the dish rather than directly above it to avoid the odd light corona ypu have in this photo

  7. You made sweet love to that jus (metaphorically) and I’m here for it, looks awesome

When things are simple like this dish everything has to be spot on and this looks amazing, nice work chef

Thanks for the suggestion, maybe we’ll add some bacon to get that perfect maillard! 😂🥓
