Found a recipe on Pinterest for Lemon Chicken Romano, I did kinda go off script a wee bit on the sauce & tbh it was a bit of a fail, I added too much lemon juice & it overpowered. I used a different sauce w/ the other breaded cutlet tonight & it was a lot better. The potatoes were prefixed at the grocery store, I just heated them up & they were just okay. My rice hit though! Lol
