Didn’t realize how easy funnel cake is!

I just made pancake batter a little thicker than you normally would. Used a ziplock bag w/tip cut out and just dropped in hot oil. Powdered sugar to top and you're done.Would recommend adding a dash of vanilla or something to the batter for a Little bit of pizzazz.
