    Looks great. DaVinci said simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. I wish there was just a bit more jus around the plate, my only critique.

  2. Gorgeous. If I had I think of any criticism, I think some big, flaky, visible salt on the duck might stick out.

    But I love it. Looks fantastic

  3. Holy shit someone actually rendered the fat perfectly on a duck breast. Kudos, no one seems to get that right

    is the duck fully cooked? if not I had no idea it was safe to eat partially raw

    Mm, the duck breast is unnecessary since it’s stuffed with it. Instead of celeriac, I would have tried something to brighten the duck: cherry, maybe ?
