I use the Lose It! app and these are the quoted calories & macros. I’ve been trying to increase my protein intake. Seems too high in protein to me but who knows. Sweet579 on July 20, 2023 12:08 pm I ate a chicken caesar salad today but with way too much dressing in it. It was delicious, so I kept eating & ate more later. I regret it lol. Everything else i ate today was good and within a good limit. If I only ate that chicken caesar once, I would’ve been fine.
