Now THIS is what I want when I say I want an ice cream cake. I don’t like layered ice cream with cookie crumbles because imo that is not a cake. If I wanted ice cream with cookie crumbles, I’d just have it in a pint or a bowl. This looks divine and I’m sure your mom loved it.
