    It’s haddock in a picatta style sauce ( didn’t use butter for imo butter makes it too rich for proteins like fish ).

    Balsamic glazed carrots, and simply roasted delicata squash.

    A Greek style salad with heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions. Simply dressed with olive oil, red wine vinegar and red chilli flakes.

    I have had a past rough few months and cooking does help me with coping a lot so trying to get back into it more.
