  1. Personal preference. I tend to trust the menu (at least in terms of what’s included, obviously things like sides and whatnot are additional) and as long as eating out isn’t happening daily, if I’m wrong, it’s okay.

  2. You can trust the calories. 
    Corporate chains keep tight numbers on their food for money reasons. You can bet that your calories and the size of that steak are going to be pretty damn accurate.
