  1. the roots on the spring onions are a little hardcore and the microgreens remind me of wilted spring mix but otherwise bravo chef. great composition and ingredients

  2. Looks pretty delicious, and in general I like the plating. However I think the microgreens are perhaps one layer too many on an already piled plate, and I’m not a fan of serving the spring onions with their roots on.

  3. Plating a dish is pure art. Having the picture perfect components is where it all starts. Summer ratatouille and charred corn along with the seared chicken are spot on! Chive prep could have been more uniform sprinkled over the bearer blank. The spring onions and chive oil could have been left out with the micro green choice just got lost due to lack of contrasting colors. That’s all a cosmetic issue. The flavor profile is a summer dish I would devour. I look forward to more summer delights, chef!

You guys are so on it for seeing that rogue chive. My hat is doffed. I’m no chef but love all your work. I’ll keep eating and you keep on it brothers.

  6. Thanks for all of the feedback guys, keep it coming! I am always looking to refine my plating.
