– Tomato jus base, green garlic oil poured on top for enhanced taste and color
– Mizuna greens, iceberg lettuce, Pickled Ramps
– Finished with Smoked Salmon Roe poured over salad. The roe is mixed with Green garlic and Tomato Jus.

  1. Nice plating!

    But, if this is not served in Italy or in a niche Italian resturant it is pretentious af to call it “insalata di pomodoro”
