People wanted easy easy easy recipes – here's mine. I promise it's tasty.

Ingredients:

100 g of parboiled rice (dry) – 337 kcal

1 can of tuna (I prefer canned in oil, but you can use lower calorie version) – 104 g ~ 223 kcal

2 tsp ~ 20 g pesto sauce ~ 80 kcal

Green olives – 70 g – 87 kcal

Capers ~ 5 g ~ 3 kcal (who cares)

Lemon juice for taste – half a teaspoon

What to do:

  1. Boil the rice in salted water for as much time as the package says
  2. Mix it all together
  3. Add spices if you need

What not to skip – pesto. Not good without it.

For me this is 2 portions ~ 365 kcal each. I usually eat half for lunch and half for dinner or leave the other half for the next day. Will add a picture in the comments.
