  1. Wow, these flavors sound so interesting together as a dessert. I feel like the balance might be hard to get right but have no doubt that you did and so I would love to taste this! So creative. Lovely photos too. I think it would also be fun to get a shot that is half way in between the two angles so you see the side of the pudding/height of the caramel as well as the shape of the cream a bit more from the top all at once, if you ever happen to make it again. I bet the textural contrast of that dish is amazing too.
