  1. Looks sublime, personally, I’d limit it to one croquette and bisect it, also I’d probably take half of everything that isn’t fish off.

    Great dish and presentation is remarkable.plating very tight and neat,sauce could take on a lighter color as it looks like 1000 island on a plate.cod way too much sear.overall not your best.👎

  3. Looks and sounds delicious. Perhaps putting the fish in the center and putting the garnishes to the side instead of on top of it would make it look less busy.
