I think that this is a recent entry; I used to buy a part of their Tomme de Faral, and tommette is basically a little tomme, so now I can buy the whole thing 😀
It is quite dense and packs a lot of flavor, but at the same time it is dangerously easy to eat if you start snacking on it.
