  2. I upvoted this because the level of skill to pull this off is unprecedented. I also don’t know the context. I wouldn’t do this in a restaurant because it literally is over the top. If this is something your team does, well goddamn.

  4. Bloody gorgeous. Top level presentation. My mind is blown on the time it must take to get that level of perfection. If you can tell, how much do you charge for a dish like this?

  5. So clearly this is gorgeous and the flavor combo is so thoughtful.

    If I might offer a thought- for the white rocks among the flowers to be so white almost feels a bit unbalanced. Would you consider maybe adding a touch of color on them? Perhaps just a bit of brown spice or crust crumb dusted on so the specks of brown tie together the torched brown top and the rich brown crust.

    I could be entirely wrong though. I’ve never made something so precise and neat. Bravo/a!

  6. This plating is so beautiful I couldn’t tear my eyes away. I also love how the compliments the plates. Absolutely stunning!
