I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to various cheese websites, resources, and sellers for the cheese images and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!
Here is your daily cheese facts: This cheese is made by Looking Glass Creamery. This cheddar cheese is named for the Drovers who would take livestock from Piedmont to Charlotte. Its intense yellow color comes from Jersey cow milk and their grass diet. Perfect for snacking, it starts buttery and mild, finishing with a sharper note. Bronze Award winner at the 2024 World Championship Cheese Contest.
Also as a note: I post my daily cheese here as well as in my r/dailycheese subreddit.

I am obsessed with your posts. How obsessed you ask? I’ve gone through my drawers to find my cholestrol medication I stopped taking years ago – LOL 😀
Do you ever forget a day ? You’re almost at 5 years of cheeseposting!
