    This was for fall menu tasting today at work. This is being reduced to 3 tortelli instead of 5 and I will be getting fresh truffles to shave instead of grate.

  2. Looking for the crunch! Soft, soft, soft, ………. and more soft. As far as flavor variation, nothing there is popping. Bone broth is yesterday’s offering. Your choice of vessel, however, is top shelf.

  3. Looks great, perhaps the truffle could be less finely grated. Some more circular flakes could be nice.

  4. Looks so beautiful and tasty but you lost me at leeks. I hate leeks. I think I may try to make it. W/O the leeks. 🤣
