  1. Looks great, but the Salmon must be kinda dry. I think just a nice sear would have been better.

    Oh hey it’s you! I just wanted to say – I was making my wife a birthday dinner and your prior version was a great inspiration. Made pretty much what you did (although my corn puree went pretty poorly), and paired it with a roasted garlic potato soup. She loved it, so thank you for your post!

    Oh man, at first glance on a small phone screen I thought the micro greens were fish bones.. whew!! This looks so delicious!!
