  1. Love this shit. Not a fan of nasturtiums though as they’re bitter as a hell but that ombré color is just fantastic. But most importantly! – How does it taste?? ✌️🍽

    Would love to be on vacation at a nice restaurant having this during a five course meal.

  3. Looks fantastic, that pave is a great idea. Maybe a little heavy handed on the sauce and your venison cuts are quite uneven. If you play around tightening those aspects I think you’ll be onto a brilliant dish!

    Elements are fantastic. I’d like to see the proportions change a bit. And with that gorgeous gradient, I’d single out and center that celeriac beet pave.

    I think this is gorgeous! One of the best dishes I’ve seen on here in ages! My only note would be what someone else mentioned, possibly a little too much of the cream sauce.. but overall so pretty and the celeriac beet pave is genius!
