Similar to u/mytwocents22 I’m kinda torn apart on the plating, even though it looks amazing. You can definitely see that you knew what you were doing, and did it quite skillfully, but it also looks like the greeneries are eating away the attention from the fish. The way it is plated makes it hard for someone to focus their eyes on the fish and not wander off to the sides.
Overall a really well executed dish that probably tastes amazing. I just don’t think that the plating is beneficial to what you tried to accomplish with this dish.
Ps: and please excuse my english

It is a nice looking plate, but youโre hiding the fish. It doesnโt stand out on its own. I would center the fish on top, not the bottom.
