    Have you tried the boars head brownie batter hummus? It is 80 calories for 2 tablespoons! I nix that with my 120 cal high protein/no fat Greek yogurt for 200 calories! It is delicious! Highly recommend.

Fudge recipe is – Mix one big tablespoonful of cacao powder, maple syrup or sugar free syrup, 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter, vanilla extract, and a little water until smooth and fudgey consistency. Some kind of nut butter is essential to create the fudgy texture, it thickens it a bit.Add yogurt of choice on top. It’s phenomenal!

  7. This looks so yum!!! I’ve been meaning to experiment with some tofu based chocolate Sundae just to sneak in some extra protein (I can’t do dairy) and you are reminding me I’m slacking…

  8. I love the Mission Carb balance tortillas, 70 calories each and 6 grams of protein plus a whopping 17 grams of fiber. And for me the texture and flavor are pretty similar to a standard flour tortilla.
