  1. Looks delicious! The flowers are a nice touch. What is the bronchi looking thing with the sauce? More raspberry?

  2. I’d like to see the sauce stamp take up a bigger round in this dish. The two circles are too close in size for this particular ceramic so the balance seems off to my eye but the components are good. Think sci-fi planets

  4. Is the crème brûlée free standing if so how did you accomplish that. Is it extra firm?
