So a plate with some proteins like HB egg, cottage cheese and a chicken sausage surrounded by veges and fruits. I eat that pretty much every day in one form or another. No Tiffany or Tik-Tok required. I guess if it gets others eating more healthily that’s a good thing. Mustard on my cottage cheese? No thanks. I’m more of a CC + fruit kind of gal.

This is funny. People only consume healthy foods, if the healthy food becomes tiktok “viral”. I hate the world we are living in. This is what social media does to us. Completely warps the brain. I cannot wait until the day they ban tiktok under the guise of Chinese spyware, as they have truly changed everyone’s minds for the worst. Who would have thought that in 2025, eating healthy would become viral under the Joe and Juice marketing, a plate of raw vegetables called a “Tiffany Plate” and overpriced matcha drinks. Shocking. I am truly shocked.

Someone recently told me to blend up cottage cheese and ranch seasoning (packet or make your own) for a high protein ranch dip for a veggie plate like this and I am loving it!! I’m not normally a cottage cheese fan but as a homemade ranch dip it tastes better than any store bought ranch dip I’ve had! It’s been my go to snack lately and has helped me up my protein.
