This looks great. The only suggestion would be to get a little more color on the banana and the honeycomb would be easier to eat if it were smaller.

This is one of the rare times where I really have nothing negative to say about this. It’s clean, well executed, complex and interesting, looks delicious, and the flavors and textures sound like they work very well together.

How did you do the honeycomb? I remember all the chefs in our kitchen failing to make this without burning it. The line between Edible and inedible was very hard to get right.
