I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to various cheese websites, resources, and sellers for the cheese images and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!
Here is your daily cheese facts: This cheese is made by the cheese guy in Okinawa. This cheese celebrates its birthplace. Chura means beautiful in the Okinawan dialect and Nanjo is a peaceful, semi rural area in the South of the main island. Nanjo is not dynamic, but gentle and comforting, with beautiful beaches, green meadows and hills and abundant produce. Chura Nanjo cheese is like this, as gentle and relaxing as a fresh breeze through tall grass. Chura Nanjo loves fruit. Try pairing this cheese with a slice of pineapple. Jam goes well too.
