    The long bread looks out of place to me. Maybe multiple shorter pieces on a small plate?

    I don’t like this plating, but only because I can’t see the liver. I like the vibe.

    There could be anything under that red stuff!

    Is there enough bread to make it through the whole parfait? I hate when I get a pate or terrine and they underestimate the amount of bread or crackers that will be used to eat the dish. I’m not eating spoonfuls of it like pudding.

    Where’s the liver? Also, I like the bread idea. That just looks like frozen bread from Sysco
