yo i drank a big glass of this with some unsweetened hershey syrup and it was like a freakin milkshake. afterwards tho, even though i drink a bunch of water, my pee was super yellow and idk i worried about throwing that much protein in liquid form at my kidneys at one time.
am i right to be concerned or am i being a nervous bitch for nothin?

also the original i think (red carton) is 160 calories with the same amount of protein and its good in coffee. the chocolate ones 190 iirc but really tasty.

its nice with a smoothie texture, a far cheaper route than buying powders but☝….. id like to see it go organic. Contamination from heavy metals and hexane is rampant in the plant protein supplement brands. I’m thinking about starting a petition to get it cleaner.

Have two in my fridge right now! I use it for everything- by itself, with just egg, in oatmeal. It’s so good. I’ve basically been living on it for a month or so. MUCH better than powders.
