It’s nice enough for a home meal. Rice in a ring mold died with Elvis, but there’s not a lot to be done with these specific ingredients that’s going to be innovative. Hope it tasted great!

I love this; I think some people go too far trying to add color to fairly homogeneous components, at the expense of a dish’s flavoral (that should be a word, I know it’s not!) integrity. Nice restraint on the greens. What’s the sauce, out of curiosity?
