
Started on May 3rd and looking to be off this schedule by June 17th! Plan is a 1200 calorie deficit every single day. It’s a lot. This has been quite a challenge but I’m over half way now which is AWESOME.
Curious how long others have held this style of deficit. I normally end at about 2800-3200 calories spent, so I’ve been usually eating around 1500-1600 as my base line that I’m allowed to eat.
I’ve been INTENSELY tracking my deficit, checkout out my numbers:
So far been killing it and I cannot wait to get out of the 45! Plan to go to a phase 2 with 3 days a week and plenty of rest + not as aggressive deficit days!!
