1 cup chopped strawberries
1 tbsp no sugar added strawberry jam
1/3 cup bran buds
Fat can be reduced with fat free cottage cheese (I was out todayXD) and you can cut the sugar by omitting the jam and using splenda. (I only realized recently that no sugar added jam still had 5g sugar) Just mix the jam with the cottage cheese and mix in berries and put bran buds on top for a tasty breakfast with lots of fibre and protein
