I was so happy to be in the 240s for the first time in 2 years.. only to now be heavily stagnating.
I’m eating <1600 cals a day, every day. Usually less than 1400.
This is depressing. I’ve only been tracking my weight/cals consistently for the past month (done it plenty before, just not in a while), and I’m obviously still very obese, so this is very demotivating 🙁

And for anyone saying I’m not tracking correctly, I used to weigh 105 lbs, and I got there by counting cals, so I know what I’m doing.
