Posted this on a whim, sorry about the crumbs around the plate. If I served it again I’d add something creamy like frozen custard. Also seasoned it with coriander.

Does a bear shit in the woods? While I’m sure this is a flavorful dish it needs a rework on the plating for sure. This bear turd is not appealing. Lol..very funny that some asked if you had watched The Bear.

I would make the plum purée a circle, cut the plum itself… maybe 3 slices?, axe the pecans, or candy them and use significantly less, maybe add a nice quenelle of ice cream or whip?
