I think this is very beautifully plated, very aesthetically pleasing to the eye and sounds delicious as well!

Why not just one or two sauces and maybe be a little less MANIC with them. Plates giving me anxiety lol.

i actually like the manic sauces, but maybe lose the garnish on top? could fan out avocado underneath to lift it off the sauces or something but i’d like to be able to actually see the salmon.

You will get mixed reviews on the sauce style , personally I don’t love it . Its a bit dated and it reminds of “chef inspired” dishes at chain restaurants (sorry). If you like that design its fine but it’s important to ask the important questions. Is this the correct amount of sauce and are you able to use the sauce how you want when you eat?
My opinion is that the amount of sauce is a little light. I think that when you eat the dish the small amount of each sauce will get mixed together and you won’t be able to differentiate between them. However from where I am sitting all I can do is look and judge , if you think it’s right then its right.
Also when I was in culinary school my plates look much worse than this so great job !

The food looks super forced and symmetrical and the sauce looks too chaotic. kind of a funky visual, i’d stick with the same style throughout the plate. You could perhaps do like little A symmetrical buttons of sauce on the food? maybe fan out the avocado? it would give it some more SA for salt.
If you hadn’t explained the sauce in the title, it looks like franks, bbq, and mustard (reminds me of the cigarette plating meme)

The plate is interesting but it’s too symmetrical on the main component, and you have too many sauces. I’d cut at least one sauce and be cleaner with the saucing but sloppy with the main component.
Also maybe one more cool color in there, I see like 6 warm colors and only 1 partially cool color.
Sounds like a nice dish and well thought out!

It would look excellent if you hadn’t let Ronald McDonald jizz on the plate before plating.
