Here is your daily cheese facts: This cheese is made by Sweetwater Valley Farm. Adobo Cheese is a classic white cheddar cheese mixed with garlic, turmeric and onions. This flavorful cheese is great on a cheese bored or in dishes such as grilled cheeses.

Loooove Sweetwater Valley. My favorite is their buttermilk cheese with some pears and butter crackers.

Cheese bored. I hope to never be bored of cheese, period! All jokes aside though, I always enjoy your posts because I love learning about all the cheeses I’ve yet to try, and this one definitely is high on my wish list now!
