Im a cheddar and parmesean girlie, hard cheeses being my go to, but i do like getting out of mh comfort zone and maybe even taking the necessary supplements to be able to enjoy the soft cheese lifestyle

Roll it up in some premade croissant dough with fresh spinach leaves, brush the outside with garlic butter and bake to croissant directions. Dip it in store-bought (or make your own) tzatziki sauce.

Or…throw it in your grilled cheese. It’s amazing.

You can make a little foil packet for it, add some olive oil and seasonings then toast it in the oven and eat it on crackers! It’s one of my favorite lazy snacks – I usually use Za’atar and sumac

  3. Eat it lol. Jk but fr. Good on so many different things. I love spicy feta dip and can use quite a lot, it’s feta, diced pepperoncinis, black pepper and some of the brine to dilute just enough to mix in a blender. Serve with crunchy veggies, and warm pita and/or pita chips. Thank me later.

Fresh seedless cucumbers, the feta, a few sliced cherry tomatoes and an easy vinaigrette to make a Greek salad. Delicious!

Feta on a cheeseburger is one of the most underrated feta uses I’ve ever had/seen.

Sigara börek: cheese stuffed, savory phyllo pastry from Türkiye. Shaped like a cigarette (or a spring roll).

I do not have a recipe but they are delicious.

my mom used to mix it with an egg, spread on bread and bake it. I think it’s called princessa in bulgaria.

you can also make it like grilled cheese an sneak in a slice of tomato/pepper/etc

it’s also very common in turkey to bake it inside phyllo dough or puff pastry, either plain feta or a mix of feta and parsley

Dump some in a bowl, cover it with walnuts, drizzle it with olive oil and a splash of vinegar. Toss in some minced garlic if you want. Throw some cubed chicken on top if your extra hungry. Eat with a spoon.

My favorite is toasted pita, opened up and add feta, green onions and sliced tomato. It is so delicious.

Alternatives are walnuts, radishes, basil or other herbs. You can put in whatever you like.

I just did this 10 mins ago, cut up some red onion, bell peppers of any color, cucumber, and tomato. Throw that feta in there with a drizzle of olive oil. Dig in. You could really use any veggie but those are my choices.

Mix it with finely chopped onion, cottage cheese, cilantro, shredded mozzarella. Spread over halved and deseeded jalapenos. Bake at 375 till the cheese starts looking toasted. Peppers should be easy to cut with the side of a fork when it’s done. Peppers shouldn’t have much spice left if you remove the pith and seeds. Super delicious side or main meal.

Food processor with some cream cheese, herbs and olive oil, put in a bowl, make a well in the middle, pour in hot honey, and serve as an appetizer! Google whipped feta w hot honey dip for full recipe. This one is a hit at parties I never have leftovers! For an extra level up toast up your own pita chips 🙂

I’ve been trying to embrace the salad life and eating it in salad bowls with some combination of things from Trader Joe’s including greens, cucumber, hummus, marinated artichokes, beets, sun-dried tomatoes, falafel, etc. I only ever enjoy salad when it has a bunch of tasty substantial non-lettuce things in it and feta crumbles are definitely one of those things

Lately I’ve been making a feta asparagus dish. Sauté up some chopped 1-inch or so pieces of asparagus with garlic & whatever you like, season, toss in crumbled feta and finish with lemon juice. Perfect summer side!

  15. It’s really good with honey! You can use it as a dip, blend/mash with a fork honey and feta and maybe some chilli flakes or whatever seasoning you fancy and dip crisps or or bread or pita chips or bread sticks or I dipped hash browns in it the other day!

You can also use it as a sandwich spread, or just spread the feta and honey on separate and have it with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, watercress/rocket.

Feta is also nice to blend into lots of pasta sauces:)

Whip it with some soft butter, spread on warm baguette, drizzle with honey.
