Kinda interested to see what you guys would comment on an open facer – I’m Danish so open faced sandwiches on rye are integral to me as a human being, so feedback here might help up my game in general!

I think once you shape a vegetable into a flower you lose any right to use the word rustic. But damn that looks good

It’s a pretty enough arrangement but am I supposed to take bites of individual items? Pick pieces off with my fingers as I go?
At first glance it’s not much different from a Cobb salad but the intention there is to mix ingredients. Is that the case here?
